Duetto for Pulled Pork

Duetto for success..!

If you combine the pulled pork seasoning and the pulled pork sauce, the result will be absolutely delicious.

Instructions: 25 grams per 1 kilo of meat

  1. Divide the meat into portions of 500 grams and use the pulled pork seasoning.
  2. Put it in airtight food packaging bags and let it marinate in the fridge for the whole night.
  3. Cook it in the steamer in 85 °C for 7-8 hours.
  4. Cool it again in the fridge.
  5. Separate the meat from the bones and mix it with the juices of the grilling.
  6. Then you have 2 options in order to use the pulled pork sauce:
    1. Mix the meat you have from the step number 5 with the pulled pork sauce.
    2. Serve your dish by using the pulled pork sauce for your dressing.
